This product provides a wired solution for routing IR commands from different locations within the a home, back to a central point where the equipment to be controlled is located. This will permit such equipment as a VCR, satellite receiver and hi-fi etc. to be controlled from various locations. The system works by having a WM22 eye in each remote location to receive the codes sent from any remote handsets. The received codes are then sent via a cable to the Roomlink driver unit which retransmits the codes via small stick on LEDs to the equipment to be controlled.Pack consists of:

2 x SL-DE Double Emitter Packs
2 x SL-FE Flood Emitter
1 x 12 volt Power Supply (UK only)
1 x WM22 Roomlink Eye

NOTE: A very small number of manufacturers codes will not pass through the IR link. Always test the operation before laying cables etc. The Sky and Pace Digiboxes require an additional RC6 window emitter which is available as an additional product within this section.

We use this ourselves to hide all our equipment in an another room to our lounge where we watch our home cinema system. It works a treat ! All our existing remote control handsets can be used without the clutter of a rack of DVD/Video/Sat/AV amp in the room.
